Water Type Change

A primitive atmosphere covers a world-ocean hundreds of kilometers deep. Its waters teem with primitive life and vast algae-analog mats can be seen by instruments from space. A core of water-ice over a rocky mantle is created by the terrific pressure of the sea.
Duration: 400 days (configurable via LunaLib settings)
Requirements:
- World type allows terraforming
- Planet is not already a water world
- Atmospheric density is normal
- Atmosphere is not toxic or irradiated
- Temperature is not very hot or very cold
- Stellar Reflector Array is operational on the colony
- Water level is high
Results:
- Planet type changes to water
- Adds habitable condition
- Adds water surface condition
- Adds organics (common)
- No farmland — water worlds cannot support farmland
- Removes all pre-existing atmosphere, weather, biosphere, farmland, organics, and volatiles conditions
Notes:
- Planets with low base water will need an Ismara's Sling or Asteroid Processing facility in the same system to reach high water level.
- After the type change, resources start at their base level for water worlds. Use organics and volatiles improvement projects to increase them further.
- Ore deposits are never modified by terraforming projects.
